Elderberry Syrup
INGREDIENTS: Elderberries, Ginger, Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Lemon, Orange, Raw Oregon Honey
SUGGESTED USE: Adults 1 tbsp per day as a tonic, or 1 tbsp every 4 hours if acute. Children take 1/2 that dosage

The berries of the elder are strongly anti-viral and will help reduce recovery time during coughs and flu. Ripe elderberries contain high levels of vitamin C and contain strong antioxidants. They stimulate the immune system while enhancing white blood cell activity and inhibit viral replication.
